Skinner Devina (nee Shaw) July 30, 2017.  Beloved wife of the late Charles Skinner, devoted mother of Susan J. (Lawrence) Ewing and David B. Skinner.  Relatives and friends are invited to her Graveside Service Thursday 10 A.M.
