Today I lost a friend I’ve had for 57 years my heart is aching he was such a good friend and I have such great memories of our times together I will always cherish them rest in peace my friend.

  • Rest easy my friend. We met at front & westmoreland; me a brand new detective and you,, a street savvy uniform. You taught me a lot Frank and I respect & thank you always. Until we meet again at the “new” front & westmoreland.
