Starrs, Helen M. (nee) Watson (December 30, 2020) Beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Starrs.  Devoted mother of the late Michael A. (Mary), Paul J. (Jane), Robert L. (Josita) and Thomas L. (Marybeth) Starrs, Madonna M. (Fran) Shammo, Stephen (Susan) and Daniel J. (Jen) Starrs.  Dear sister of Joan Watson also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Due to the current epidemic services and interment are private.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Helen’s name may be made to the Central Association of  the Miraculous Medal., 475 Chelten Avenue, Philadelphia, PA  19144

    Paul and Family…sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother….May you know that she is safe at Home in the arms of Jesus for her just reward…reunited again with your Father…May the memories of all bring smiles and comfort to you in the days ahead…

    We will miss her very much! She was one of our favorite neighbors. We admired her energy and concern for others. Even our white dog, Iggy, will miss her. She looks for her everyday. We hope you find comfort in knowing she was loved by all of Montague Street.

    Helen was just the sweetest ❤️ I was always happy to see her in my check-out line. Helen was always so cheerful. I will miss her hugs. XO?
