Carter, Jeffrey D., Sr. “Suddenly” Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Beth) A. Carter (nee) Meyer. Devoted father of Samantha A. (David Jewel), Ashley A. and the late Jeffrey D. Carter, Jr. Adoring grandpop of Alyse and David Jewel. My heartfelt sympathy to Jeff’s family on his shocking death. My prayers and thoughts are with you in your time of mourning.
I worked with Jeff at Frankford Hospital many years ago and he helped me with repairs on off-hours. He was a kind soul. May he rest in peace.
