I have know Kathy for years. We have been going down the shore the same week what seems like forever. My Birthday usually falls when we are down. this year the day of my birthday and after . Kathy would say Happy Birthday to me every time she saw me. I asked her Kathy How many time are you going to say Happy Birthday to me? She said everyday for the rest of the week. It was so funny. Leaving to go home that Sunday Kathy said Rose I said what. She said Happy Birthday. Who knew that would be the last time I would hear her voice say that. She will be greatly missed by my of her Family members and friends. I will miss her . My heart is broken.

  • When I think of my fondest memories with Kathy, I can honestly say every time I was with Kathy and the family it was always a wonderful memory, but the thing I loved the most about Kathy is the love she had for each one of her children. Her Kim, who always had a sparkle in her eyes, when she was around her mom, her Eddie who always worried about her being ok, making sure she didn’t need anything, and her Kathy who is so much like her mom it is amazing to see how two people can be so much alike, but all and all Kathy and Ed together had raised 3 beautiful children, who turned out to be the best people I have ever known. The love and excitement every time Kathy got to see all her children and grand and great grandchildren. Her having the love she had for Ed, is what made her family be what and who they are today. She did a wonderful job as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and it shows by the love each one of them have for her. My heart is very heavy knowing her person will never be around, but her spirit will live on forever in my heart. Kathy, thank you for letting me be part of your family, it has been a true honor.,,,,,If flowers grow in heaven, Lord, then pick a bunch for me. Then place them in Kathy’s arms and tell her they’re from me. Tell her that I love and miss her and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while.
    Love you always, Binky.
