Francis “Frank” Tursi
It is with great sorrow that we share the passing of Francis “Frank” Tursi who left us too soon on September 23, 2025. Frank was the beloved son of Michael and Loretta (nee Pizzotti) Tursi. Loving brother to Michael (Dawn) Tursi Jr. Adoring uncle to Maddy and Gianna Tursi. A graduate of Archbishop Ryan Frank was born and raised in Mayfair. Frank was a huge Philadelphia sports fan and loved his Eagles. He loved going to concerts and spending time with friends and family. He was one of kind to everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him and will be truly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to Frank’s viewing Tuesday 9/30, 9:15 to 10:15am at St. Matthews RC Church 3000 Cottman Ave. His Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions in Frank’s name may be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center.

I have known Frank for a very long time and I can agree 1,000% that he truly was one of a kind. Frank was always the one standing out in the crowd with his ability to get any party going and the fun times to be had. I shared many wknds with him going to concerts, bars to see bands play, block parties back in the day, and many other fun events. My memories of Frank will always be fond and I will always chuckle at the thought of how outgoing, crazy, and fun he was. I am blessed to call him my lifelong friend ???? Be at pace and rest now, the suffering is over. Many thoughts, prayers, and healing hugs are sent to the entire Tursi family.
