Constantine, Charlotte E. (nee) Otto (May 6, 2023). A former member of St. Petri’s Lutheran Church. Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Constantine. Devoted mother of William E. (Norma) and the late Thomas A. (Karen) Constantine. Grandmom of Allison, Amanda and Samantha. Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service Wednesday, May 10th, 11 AM in Mannal Funeral Home 6925 Frankford Avenue (at Tyson) where friends may call Wednesday, 10-11 AM. Interment North Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Charlotte’s name may be made to Almost Home Dog Rescue, PO Box 132, Doylestown, PA 18901. Please help another “Charlotte” find her “Wilbur” her sunbathing “Buddy”.

Spent many years with this dear lady at St. Petri’s.
Sincere sympathy to the Constantine family.
We will always remember Charlotte as a sweet and gracious lady and an extended member of our family. She had a lovely sense of humor, and it was always pleasant to be with her at Tom & Karen’s.

We will miss my cousin Charlotte in many ways. She was a helpful, gracious, and dear member of our family. She was especially helpful to my Dad many years ago with the advice that she provided him.
