Schiavo, Kathryn L. “Kay” (nee) Emberger (March 29, 2022). Beloved mother of Albert T. (Colene) Schiavo, Andrea M. (Tom) Vella and Todd D. (Leslie) Schiavo. GiGi of Chloe, Carrie, Tarin (Joel), Ryan (Kim), Neal (Alyssa), Malachi, Savanah, Felicty, Paisley, Leighlen, Nehemiah, Judah, Piper, Laelle, Autumn, Shiloh, Theadora and Neal, Jr. Sister of Gary (Sylvia) and Robert (Marcia) Emberger. Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service, Friday, April 8th at 11:00 AM, in Third Reform Presbyterian Church, 3024 Byberry Rd., Phila., 19154 where friends may call Friday, 10-11 AM. Interment Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Kathryn’s name may be made to the above named Church or Whosoever Gospel Mission, 101 E. Chelten Ave., Phila. 19144

My deepest sympathy to all of you at the loss of your Mother, Gigi and Matriarch of the Family. She loved all of you so very much and spoke of you at every lunch we ever shared. And we shared quite a few.
Kay was my longtime friend from Lincoln High School years. We remained friends all these years; Kay cherished her friends from school, work, church, neighborhood. And we all cherished her. She was a kind, caring and loyal friend. I feel a great loss knowing we won’t be having our happy lunches. May she rest in eternal peace.
