Milbourne, Laura Ann. (January 17, 2018). Beloved daughter of the late Edward T., Sr. and Marlene Milbourne. Loving sister to Harry (Randy) Milbourne, Linda (Thomas) Pratt, and the late Edward T. (Diane) Milbourne. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews.
